Resetting your password

Step 1:

On the Login Page, click on the Forgot Password? link.
Instruction: If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link below the login fields.

Step 2:

Enter the email address associated with your account.
Instruction: Provide the email address that you used to register for the system.

Step 3:

Click the Submit button.
Instruction: After entering your email address, click the “Submit” button to receive the password reset email.

Step 4:

Check your email inbox for the password reset link.
Instruction: You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Step 5:

Click the password reset link in the email.
Instruction: Follow the link provided in the email to open the reset password page.

Step 6:

Enter a new password and confirm it.
Instruction: Create a new password, confirm it, and submit the changes to reset your password.
